Why are they ending TradeGecko?

According to QuickBooks, following the acquisition by Intuit last year, the company has been working on integrating TradeGecko and QuickBooks Online in the US. As a result, they are retiring QuickBooks Commerce (formerly known as TradeGecko) in order to focus on building a more durable, integrated product for their US customers. Until when can I use TradeGecko?

Customer support will end by June 10, 2022 – so you should switch to a new and improved platform before then.

When should I start the migration from TradeGecko to a new inventory management system?

As soon as possible. Depending on the complexity of your business processes and the number of integrations required, a successful implementation could take several weeks.

Can Australian customers continue to use QuickBooks Commerce?

No. QuickBooks Commerce is no longer available for Australian customers.

Can I get a refund from QuickBooks?

According to QuickBooks, customers will be refunded for any unused time after they cancel. However, there is no compensation for the time spent or costs incurred by TradeGecko users from being forced to shift.
