Business Systems Analyst – Technology
Location: Sydney
Full-Time / Available immediately
Reports to: Associate Director Technology
Position summary.
The Business Systems Analyst role works within the Technology team to analyse client systems and processes to reengineer workflows in order to create greater efficiency and accuracy. In addition to client facing duties, this role will also be required to work on internal systems and business processes when necessary.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Complete all necessary steps in the research and investigation process for Systems and Innovations
Complete client interviews documenting all relevant information
Report findings on client investigations utilising Halkin templates to the Systems and Innovations Leaders as well as the CRO or CSO when required
Report directly to the client on findings in order for the client to implement business strategies when required
Research new systems, software and business processes to ensure the most appropriate solutions are being offered to clients
Responsible for completing Systems and Innovations requirements as specified by Halkin Business Partners engagement agreement
Responsible for adhering to the Halkin Way in all tasks
Analyse information in order to identify problems and probable causes
Develop and recommend cost effective solutions to Halkin Business Partners clients
Responsible for completing and delivering all items to the Client Relationship Manager and Quality
Responsible for the organisation and filing of both soft and hard copies of all client documentation
Responsible for providing the required services in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Responsible for completing all Internal administration in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Responsible for furthering the business aims of Halkin Business Partners

Qualifications and experience required:
Degree in Business or Technology
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business process mapping
Strong business acumen
Knowledge of Inventory management system
Experience in Client Relationship Management desirable
