Role summary.

The individual in this position will be required to provide proactive administration support to the growing Business Development team.

Manage the client service experience and relationship and provide a familiar and competent point of contact for the client. Review and refine processes to automate for improvement of efficiencies will be essential. A high level of computer competency skills is required.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • CRM system support

  • Preparation of quotes

  • Onboarding assistance

  • Arranging meetings

  • Reporting assistance

  • Newsletter creation

    Role expectations:

  • We are looking for a highly organised individual who is a fast learner with solid office and communication skills. The role offers training and opportunity to grow

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Great attention to detail and time management skills

  • Previous experience in working remotely with an Australian company (preferably accounting)

Qualifications required:

  • Administration qualification desirable

  • Advanced word, excel and power point
